Rise Early

Think about it. I am so glad Jesus taught me years ago the importance of rising early to be alone with Him; even before the sun rises. If you don’t already make a commitment to be alone with Him for at least an hour before you start your day. You can find many in the Word of God who did this and God used them in a great way. Gen.21:14 Abraham rose early in the morning. Gen.28:19 Jacob rose up early in the morning. Jesus should be the first thought of the morning and the last thought at night. We must walk a walk of repentance and a good thing to do before you go to sleep is make sure you have repented; He may come before u wake. Ps.63 David said I follow hard after Him. Joshua rose early to meet the Lord for instructions. Be aware of how much you seek Jesus; your relationship with Him is more important than your work for Him. Many labor in His vineyard but neglect their relationship with Him and that won’t work in the end. Remember they said, but Lord we cast out devils and prophesied in your name; and he said depart from me; I never knew you. If you draw near to him he will draw near to you. Give Jesus your first and last hour of the day and one in between them your tithing you’re time daily. Doesn’t He say he will reward the diligent seeker? No greater reward than being in his favor! He is the bright and morning star. Ps.5:3 My voice shall you hear in the morning. O Lord, in the morning will I direct my prayer to you and will look up! If you do keep doing it and if you don’t start and see the blessing of the Lord!! Think about it!!
